Lodging & Conference Venue

We will be staying and meeting at the Drury Plaza Hotel, 828 Paseo de Peralta, Santa Fe, NM 87501, in the heart of Santa Fe’s Historic District. Our meeting rooms are also at the hotel. We have a block of 130 rooms reserved for the conference.

The Hotel provides a free hot breakfast with substantial options and complimentary evening drinks and hot food. Santa Fe is an expensive venue and we’ve received discounted prices for the rooms. Please reserve your room at the Drury by Wednesday, July 24 to get the group rate and we don’t incur costs due to unfilled rooms.

Transportation

The Albuquerque International Sunport is the primary airport for Northern New Mexico. The airport houses about a dozen national, international, and regional carriers and is about an hour drive from Santa Fe.

The Hotel does not have a shuttle. There are several shuttle services from the ABQ Sunport to Santa Fe averaging $46 one way.

Valet Parking at the hotel is $18 per day.

Call For Papers

The National EMG Coordinators' Conference (NEMGCC) offers an opportunity for EMG coordinators to network and share ideas, projects, and methods for EMG-led Extension programming. This call for proposals is open to any topic related to Master Gardener programming efforts. The survey will allow three co-presenters for each submission.

Topics Include:

  • Effective & Engaging Online Training
  • Civil Rights Reporting
  • Adapting to Changing Demographics
  • Planning for Evaluation
  • Other

Individuals who share a proposal but are not selected to present will be invited to display a poster for the duration of the conference.

Key Dates:

  • Proposal Submission Deadline: 30 April 2024
  • Notification of Accepted Proposals: 31 May 2024
