WSARE Subregional Conference in Albuquerque
To all SARE Invited Attendees:
I would like to take this time to let you know how honored we are to have such a great group of New Mexico representatives at this Conference.
Please take a look at the attached documents (4) and read carefully. The most important item to make note of is the last day to register at the hotel. It is VERY important that you make your reservations as soon as possible. You just call the number listed and give them the name of the conference listed. You will need to confirm your registration with a credit card. Please read further into the letter regarding the reimbursement information. The cut off date is May 10 but I would make sure you call this weekend or early next week. For those of you that will not stay at the hotel, please send me a quick email to let me know that info. Thanks.
ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED AT THE HOTEL, PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL TO CONFIRM REGISTRATION. I NEED TO KEEP AN ACCURATE COUNT AND MAKE SURE WE GET ALL OF YOU IN A ROOM!
