Must be currently enrolled as a 4-H or FFA member, agent, AG teacher, leader or parent to attend.

Steer School will be a valuable experience for youth, parents, leaders, and agents of all skill levels. There are three days of very intense instruction with as much hands-on learning as possible. Each participant should bring at least one steer, but may bring two. In order to keep the groups small, the number of applications is limited to the first 50 on a "first come, first served" basis.

- Selection
- Nutrition
- Grooming
- Showmanship and sportsmanship
- Ethics
- Preparing for a fair
- Care during a fair
- Exercise
